This will show you how to quickly create and deploy web properties using Google's data centres. This talk will cover the App Engine basics and some of the more recent features in the latest App Engine release. Experience the demo of creation of an application to the live deployment as I speak.

about Gianni Mariani

Gianni Mariani is a member of the Google App Engine engineering team.  Prior to Google, Gianni held engineering positions at various start web start ups including Chaincast, Coral8, iCopyright and PermissionTV where he architected and managed a number of innovative media and digital rights management products.  He also held engineering roles at Microsoft WebTV and Silicon Graphics where he managed the internationalization efforts.  He is the primary developer of Austria C++, an open source C++ library and an avid supporter and user of open source software.
